This magnificent French Chateau design, surrounded by vines, in one of Hawkes Bay’s boutique vineyards, will be operating as a lodge for overseas visitors as a total vineyard experience. The Chateau sits in front of the existing winery, so guests can enjoy the ambiance of the wine-making procedure. The marble chipped gravel drive, large feature fountains, wrought iron entrance lobby, full height solid timber entry doors, turrets, Juliet balconies and dorma windows will all contribute to the experience the client desires for his guests.

The interior features a large French style fireplace, central dramatic curved stairs to the upper floor, mezzanine bedrooms, stone wine cellar, 20 seater solid timber dining table, wine tasting area, indoor/outdoor loggia seating areas, grand piano, full commercial kitchen and service area . . . together these complete this Grand Design.

This Tuscany Provincial style with imported rolled barrel roof tiles, wrought iron detailing and soft patina finish on solid concrete is one of our latest projects. This timeless design can only mature nicely with age.  This design fits perfectly into an elevated and treed site overlooking the Napier Port Hills, Hawkes Bay.   From the driveway, a curved path and steps lead past the swimming pool, up to the loggia style entrance.  This is formed with wrought iron gates and screens and high timber entry doors, setting the theme for the whole residence.

Nelson B           nelson AThe entry lobby includes a large curved stairway of impressive proportions, two metres wide, which takes you up to the top floor mezzanine, library and bedrooms.  From the entry, a tiled gallery also leads to the main living areas, which feature a large stone fireplace in the step-down lounge.  A casual seating area opens out through large bifold doors, to the covered alfresco dining and pool complex. The east facing kitchen opens through to the conservatory-style family room which takes advantage of the rolling lawns and treed backdrop.  At night, the exterior flood  lighting, enhances the foliage of the large oak tree hanging over the conservatory glass roof.

With cliff-hanging magic, these six apartments were designed to capture the Rarotongan Island’s sense of style and relaxed ambience.  The project brief was for six three-bedroom apartments, two on each floor, serviced with a central stair/lift access turret.  All the apartments have open plan living areas with balconies on the upper levels and patios opening out to the ground floors, with views to the swimming pool and beach beyond.

Suspended over a cove on the Waitemata harbour, this about to be built three-level home takes advantage of the stunning views and features open plan living areas on the middle floor – flowing out to a large balcony. The driveway runs down to the top level entry which incorporates a curved stair and lift access to the floors below. The ground floor incorporates four bedrooms and media room all opening out to the pool area with feature loggia for undercover seating. From this area a pathway runs down to the beach.
